Position: Engineering Outsourcing Manager
General Responsibilities:
Assistance of Engineering Subcontractor qualification, outsourcing purchasing, project outsourcing management.
Responsibility Details:
Communication Interface between Company and subcontractor.
Subcontractor qualification file collection.
Under the guide of outsourcing manager, submit outsourcing requirement, issue service purchase order to subcontractors.
Outsourcing system data update.
Apply for budget for outsourcing part, audit subcontractor payment application, apply outsourcing settlement & payment to subcontractor.
Outsourcing accounts update.
Qualifications:
Education: College graduation, economics major and business major shall take precedence.
Nationality: Italian or Others with local residence permission
Experience: More than 3 years in procurement is preferred.
Technical & Professional Competencies: Good skills of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge of communication industry shall take precedence.
Language Competencies: Good English (oral & writing), Good Italian (oral & writing),
Human Competencies: Proactive, Independent, Self-motivated, and well organized with analytical mind, Co-operative, Flexible/Adaptable to continuous change and varying degrees of responsibility
Others: Willing to travel within Italy
