网络技术实验室介绍：

网络技术，几十年间，迅速而颠覆性地改变着人们的生活。从模拟交换技术到TDM技术、ATM技术、及IP技术，网络技术经历了4次技术飞跃。“后IP”时代，又将怎样改变世界？华为从2014年开始，就已经启动了“后IP”技术研究，未来5年，至少投资5亿人民币用于“后IP”技术的研究。

网络技术实验室，承载着“后IP”技术研究的使命，总体目标是实现全连接的智慧网络：全球可达、永远在线、普遍移动、自我优化、泛在加密。

作为华为中央研究院网络技术创新攻关的关键山头，网络技术实验室的业务布局涵盖Internet、数据中心、移动承载网、无线核心网、物联网、企业网等网络技术的研究工作。

网络技术实验室地域分布，国内：北京、深圳、南京；海外：美国、德国等地。

岗位需求：

3网络架构及协议研究工程师

岗位职责：

1.
跟踪和研究Internet网络架构和未来网络技术，参加行业活动，跟踪业界动态；

2.
探索和设计新的网络架构方案，研究和推动未来网络架构，在软件、算法或硬件等网络相关方面进行创新性的关键技术研发，研究成果用于支持下一代Internet网络和5G核心网的软硬件建设

3.
输出专利创新、专业论文、参与研究原型开发、概念验证，以及和业界合作伙伴的联合创新；

4.
发展行业合作伙伴，推动行业生态建设，提高华为公司的影响力。

5.
参加国际标准化活动，撰写白皮书以及标准文稿，在标准组织或论坛等组织推动公司自主创新的技术成为国际标准，引领业界技术和标准；（标准职位需要）

职位要求：

1.
计算机科学、计算机网络和通信、软件工程、数学与应用数学、互联网等相关专业博士；

2.
有扎实的网络或通信专业知识和实际的项目研究经历，具备独立从事研究的能力；

3.
具备较强学习能力、沟通能力、技术推动能力；

4.
在国际专业期刊发表论文，或有国际标准会议及学术会议经历，或有作为第一作者的相关专利优先；

5.
熟悉IP网络的相关协议和标准者优先（标准职位）。

Network Architecture & Protocols Research Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Research and tracking Internet （TCP/IP-based） architectures and futurenetwork technologies, participating industry events, tracking the latest outputs;

2. Exploring and designing new network architecture solutions,researching and promoting future network architecture, developing keyinnovative technologies in software, or algorithms, or hardware and othernetwork-related areas; research results should support the next generationInternet and the core network of 5G networks;

3. Delivering innovative patents, high-quality papers; participatingconcept-proving prototype development & experimental networks with industrypartners;

4. Developing of industry partners, promoting ecologicalconstruction, enhance Huawei's influence.

5. Participating international standardization activities,writing white papers and standard specifications; presenting in standardsorganizations or forums, promoting innovative technologies to become internationalstandards; (required by standardization position only)

Requirements

1.
PhD degree in computer science, computernetwork, communications, software engineering, or other related majors.

2.
Solid professional knowledge and practicalexperience in the field of computer network or communications, with the abilityto undertake independent research.

3.
Strong learning ability, communication skills,and skills of promoting technologies.

4.
Candidates with published papers ininternational journals or having international standards meetings andconferences experience, or as first author of issued related patent(s) are preferred.

5.
Candidates who are familiar with IP networkprotocols and standards, or related products experience are preferred.

4网络机器学习研究工程师

岗位职责

1.
使用机器学习进行网络管理和控制的前沿创新研究，在软件、算法等相关方面进行创新性的关键技术研发；

2.
探索和设计新的解决方案，输出专利创新，设计实现验证原型；研究成果用于支持下一代Internet网络建设；

3.
输出专利创新、专业论文、参与研究原型开发、概念验证，以及和业界合作伙伴的联合创新；

4.
参加相关国际标准化活动，撰写标准文稿，在标准组织或论坛等组织推动公司自主创新的技术成为国际标准，引领业界技术和标准

岗位要求

1.
计算机科学、计算机网络和通信、软件工程、数学与应用数学、互联网等相关专业博士毕业，有机器学习研究经历优先；

2.
熟练掌握C/C++和脚本语言编程（如Shell,Python等），有机器学习编程经验优先；

3.
有扎实的机器学习专业知识和实际的项目研究经历，具备独立从事研究的能力；有网络相关研究经历优先；

4.
具备较强学习能力、沟通能力、技术推动能力。

5.
在机器学习期刊或国际会议上发表论文、相关国际比赛获奖、及有相关专利者优先;

Network Machine Learning Research Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Innovative research on applying machine learning mechanismsinto network management and controlling, developing the key technologies ofsoftware and algorithms in network machine learning area;

2. Exploring and designing new network architecture solutions,researching and promoting future network architecture, developing keyinnovative technologies in software, or algorithms, or hardware and othernetwork-related areas; research results should support the next generationInternet;

3. Delivering innovative patents, high-quality papers;developing concept-proving prototypes & experiments with industry partners;

4. Participating international standardization activities,writing standard specifications; presenting in standards organizations orforums, promoting innovative technologies to become international standards;(required by standardization position only)

Requirements

1.
PhD degree in computer science, computernetwork, communications, software engineering, or other related majors.Candidates with machine learning research experience are preferred;

2.
Familiar with C / C ++ programming andscripting languages (such as Shell, Python, etc.). Candidates with machinelearning programming experience are preferred;

3.
Solid professional and practical experience inthe field of machine learning, with the ability to undertake independentresearch. Candidates with IP network protocols knowledge or practicalexperience in the field of computer network are preferred.

4.
Strong learning ability, communication skills,and skills of promoting technologies.

5.
