Project Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
l Responsible the kick-off meeting.
l Responsible project manager to complete theexternal document review and translate customer requirements;
l Establishment of open issue(APQP issues list, including baseline differences, tolerances, and otheraspects of the standard);
l Responsible the deliverability analysis table;
l Update the PFMEA;
l Apply for project PRM;
l Responsible in the development of the projectdevelopment plan;
l Responsible the tooling development task book
l Complete delivery notice;
l Monitoring the high risk issue;
l Responsible accomplish the project review(lessonslearned)
Qualifications:
l Bachelor Degree or above of Engineering; or with 2-3 years working experience in OEMs or supplier;
l Strong adaptability, open-minded, good teamwork and communicateskill.
l Good English capability in both oral and writing.
Design Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily designingmanagement. including OEM information management, schedule management and riskmanagement, etc.;
2. Responsible for the goodcommunication between Global Designing Center in China and OEMs in Overseas: Wellunderstand OEM's requirement and feedback to China. Obtain the feedback from Chinaand conduct good communicate with OEMs in Overseas; Implement countermeasures.
3. Provide great technical supportand technical audits for Global Designing Center in China on Oversea related programs.
4. Responsible for the daily managementof the designing project.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degreeor above of Engineering; or with 2-3 years workingexperience in OEMs or supplier;
2. Be familiar with TS16949 development system, includingdesign quality control, DFMEA and etc.;
3. Be familiar with OEM's 3Dsoftware, either Catia or UG NX;
4. Strong adaptability, open-mindedand good teamwork;
5. Good English capability in bothoral and writing.
