Participates, executes, and manages customer support activities related to European Distribution partners. Roles include consultative technical support, planning & providing on-site training, testing & investigating problems, documentation & logging of all service events, performing medical device repairs, and managing spare parts.
Inventory Management
1. After- sale spare parts ordering;
2. Maintain the spare parts inventory (inputting & outgoing);
3. Check the spare parts inventory;
Technical Service
Responsibilities: Providing technical service/ support for EDAN distributors and customers in Europe, including:
1. Field service for EDAN products;
2. Product repair and maintenance in EDAN Germany office;
3. Repair, test, documents maintain for DEMO or Service EDAN products;
4. Assists with all Service Logs, Procedures management;
5. Remote support of performing troubleshooting and investigations to identify and solve problems (telephone and/or email);
Customer Training & Visiting & Other
1. Product/technical training for distributors and customers;
2. Assist the sales team with exhibitions or customer visit;
3. Other tasks.
