• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resources requirements
• Negotiating with vendors, officials, event owners and agreeing budgets, timelines, owners, workload
• Overseeing production processes
• Determining quality control standards
• Demonstrating a good awareness of health and safety issues
• Location scouting
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing necessary materials
• Close alignment with the creative team to understand team’s requirements
• Event management support
Requirements:
• Proven working experience in the film-, video or advertisement industry
• Strong organizational skills
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity etc
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• BS degree in economics, engineering, social studies or IT required
• Willing to travel >60%
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Highly self driven and self motivated
• Experienced in working in ambiguous environments
• Work with various departments (Creative/Design/E-Commerce/PR/Sales) in promoting the brand within brand limits
• Strong team member, able to work with others in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Highly organized
• Native or fluent English or German necessary, additional languages a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese preferred)
