For our Finance Department in Barendrecht (Rotterdam area), we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated employee (m/f) who would like to support our work as Accountant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fully handling the daily GL activities of DJI’s overseas sub companies including daily bookkeep, TB analysis and account analysis;
• Conduct monthly closing: ensure all the required information are provided timely; investigate and solve the exception and variance before deadline every month;
• Involved in the quarterly overseas companies rolling budget; connect the HQ and overseas companies, perform variance analysis of the budget, actual and business dynamics with root cause explanations and highlights opportunities and risks for top management’s decision making, and communicate with the effective info to different responsibly function and also HQ BA;
• Involved in project analysis with overseas companies’ BA, give advice from financial views;
• Work closely with dept.overseas and HQ, find their urgent and real requirement and feedback to HQ, and help to review the analysis models and also method, give training to overseas companies;
• Check and approve the payments and monthly tax filling;
• Report to the HQ of DJI.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Good knowledge of knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting;
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience working as an accountant.
EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING
• Associate degree and above
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, in both speaking and written. Dutch language skill is a plus. |
