Quality Management Engineer (经理人计划 This Program is a national wide program designed to attract excellent leadership talents for accelerated international careers.)
Responsibilities:
-Set up quality process, implement and control.
-Product and process audit documentation statistics and follow up the corrective measures.
-Quality system maintenance, to work with the team to establish, review and improve quality to ensure the system effectiveness.
-Performs a major role in day-to-day problem solving, and helps to provide the PFMEA and Control Plans for their responsible areas
Requirements:
-Master majored in mechanics or metal material science (preferable Germany returnee).
-Systematically quality knowledge, quality knowledge on methodology and tools, such as 6 sigma, SPC, FEMA CP.
-Familiar with ISO9001, TS 16949 quality system.
-Knowledge on UL, CE, IEC will be preferred.
-1-5 years working experience in international companies.
-Fluently English language both written and spoken, German language skills preferred.
Logistics Management Engineer (经理人计划 This Program is a national wide program designed to attract excellent leadership talents for accelerated international careers.)
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, Logistics or Manufacturing background would be preferred.
2. 2-5 years solid working experience in logistics in a Multi-national company with improvement projects record.
3. Better to have experience in international environment during study, internship or working.
4. High potential in leadership, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive and willing to take challenges
5. Flexable, open-minded and a good team player.
6. Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
8. High mobility: national and international (finally stay in Xi'an).
9. SAP or ERP relevant experience for at least 1 year, good at Office would be preferred.
Quality Engineer（可考虑应届毕业生）
Job Description岗位描述：
-推动过程质量保证和控制的实施并监督其有效运行,
-运用正确的质量工具和方法去解决过程中的质量问题. 包括8D方法,参加质量红桌子,不良品处理会议,
-质量数据分析和整理,持续改善产品的质量
-参与和支持FMEA 和CP 的制作和评审.
-主导新 产品释放（ISR）, 支持新产品研发过程的质量控制.
-主导定期产品审核和过程控制的实施.
-部门领导安排的其他工作
Job Requirement 岗位需求：
- Bachelor Degree
- Related experience is preferable
- Strongly problem solving and analysis capability. i.e. root cause analysis, problem resolution, praetor and data analysis skills.
- Good commend of English and German |
