Position overview:
We are seeking a meticulously detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records and files.
Support month-end closing by reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice or payment issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics or related fields
At least 1 year experience in similar role
Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
Attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills
Resist to pressure
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Language: work proficiency in Italian/Polish, English and Chinese.
