Job description:
1、Oversee and manage night-shift warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and shipping.
2、Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of employee engagement and performance.
3、Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with regulatory standards.
4、Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
5、Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall warehouse productivity.
6、Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Qualifications:
1、Proven experience (2 years or above) in warehouse management or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful operational leadership.
2、Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
3、Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
4、Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
5、Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to work extended hours as required.
6、Able to cover Weekends and night shifts.
