Responsibilities: 1. Carry out account development, relationship management and new customer lead generation, identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads and ensure the achievement of business targets; 2. Build strong and lasting relationships with them and keep client knowledge up-to-date; 3. Identify & Track customer needs and objectives and match them to our products and services, create value propositions / account plans based on customer insights and review with Distribution Director; 4. Investigate regional market information and provided support for the company's strategy and decision making of new products; 5. Participating in Industry conferences, fairs, events of solar and PV associations, assist partner sales persons on sales opportunities with partner’s Key Customers. 6. Perform necessary operational tasks (e.g. quote entry, tracking, performance and deadlines) Requirements: 1. A higher education qualification, electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering is preferred 2. More than three years' working experience in distribution and business development of PV inverter products; Strong technical knowledge of PV inverters, BOS and system with also strong commercial sales knowledge 3. Energetic, good communication skills, passionate about challenges and innovation. 4. Very good knowledge in MS-Office and CRM software , 5. Fluent in English and Dutch. |
