公司简介: Nowa Tepro sp. z o.o., with its office and factory in Gdansk, specializes in the engineering, assembly and commissioning of automation systems for the assembly and testing of electric vehicle (EV) batteries, e-motors and other car components. The end customers of our assembly lines and stations include the world’s most well-known automotive OEMs and EV battery producers, for whom our team of approximately 60 colleagues has delivered and commissioned assembly equipment all over the world. The destinations where our team gets to travel in order to deliver our products include Poland, Germany, Spain, the UK, China, the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
Since 2022, we are part of the Lyric Robot Group, an internationally leading EV battery manufacturing equipment producer with over 10000 employees. We aim to build up our engineering and manufacturing capacities together with our mother company Lyric Automation Germany GmbH based in Hamburg, Hannover and Munich.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer and project development in North America; accomplish quarterly annual performance target according to company planning.
- Responsible for customer management and market research in North America, establishing contact with target customers, visiting; interpreting customer needs; coordinating project team (headquarters and US company) to carry out pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales business.
- Preparation of sales proposals and supporting presentation material and documents
- Able to cooperate with the engineering team to complete customer pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales requirements on time and in quality; familiar with Lithium-Ionen battery and module and pack products.
- Be able to work with the team to develop customer sales strategy, review contracts, verify prices and produce quotations, and participate in business negotiations.
- Responsible for the overall management of project delivery cycle, progress and cost control
- Responsible for maintaining customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in economic engineering, mechanical manufacturing, electronic engineering or related majors
- Experience and Know-How in automotive Lithium Battery related fields (cells, modules and packs)
- Fluent in English (business accessibility); mastery of other languages (German, French) is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS-Office office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, project management experience, international trade experience preferred.
- Responsible, customer focus and cooperative working style
- Strong business and results-orientation
- Have high integrity, listen with good intention, appreciate feedbak
- Open to multiple cultures
- Willingness to travel worldwide (80%)
- Highly flexibility and resilient to stress
