The Ideal Candidate shall have: - Majored in mechanical or engineering - at least 2 – 5 years working experience in IE, longer working experience is a plus - Foster our collaboration - Perform in teams - Build on strengths - Focus on results - Support our change - Take the initiative - Be proficient with lean production tools especially cost reduction methods - Skills in software including MS office, CAD etc. - Good communication skill and ability to work with teams in English - Understanding of Chinese/Asia culture is a plus - Related experience in automotive industry is also a plus What they offer They aim to lead the way.
