职位描述: Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Overall coordination of data analysis, combination
(Rolling Forecast: Retail, Wholesale, Production, Chips shortage & allocation tracking, Stock, Competitive status, Total market, Segment, market share/segment share etc.)
- Coordination on meeting documents prep.
- Wolfsburg HQ Sales Planning system (data input, status tracking, delta analysis etc.)
- Sales projects support (e.g. competitor report)
- Ad-hoc topics etc.
Professional skills:
- Automotive knowledge and relative product technology knowledge preferred
- Professional strategic planning knowledge
- Quantitative analysis knowledge and skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, statistics or automotive; master degree, MBA preferred
- working experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy or consulting sector, preferably with Multinational Companies and with operation experience
Personal skills:
- Learning attitude
- Pro-active working behavior
- Efficient & result driven and maintaining poise under pressure
- Strong analytical skills (excel, PPT etc.) and presentation skills
- Solid interpersonal, oral and written communications skills (Chinese and English). German is an advantage
- Advanced database and modelling skills is an advantage
