Sales and Transportation Supervisor
Job responsibilities:
1. Developing offline retail and wholesale business, participating in the formulation of sales system, and make monthly sales plans to achieve sales targets.
2. Participate in and develop sales procedures and standards, and evaluate the employees regularly
3. Organizing sales training and complete the practice of working methods or procedures.
4. Negotiate and coordinate with third-party transportation companies to optimize transportation work.
5. Tracking customer complaints and orders, and solve complaints related to transportation.
6. Tracking the arrival of all orders and improving transportation service.
7. Coordinated business communication between various departments and optimize workflow; complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major related to sales or transportation is preferred.
2. Proficient in German, fluent in English, good cross-cultural understanding, and analytical skills.
3. Strong learning alibies, communication and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent organization, coordination, planning and communication skills, strong sense of service and teamwork, and strong ability to work under pressure. |
