Logistics Intern

Responsibilities
· Hands on in every aspect of the logistics and warehouse. Admin and operations.
· Running a swift and smooth fulfillment and logistics operation.
· Inbound and outbound logistics operations such as; transportation, inventory control.
· Secure optimal shipping methods to meet shipping schedules and requests.
· Monitor import and export processes to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
· Monitor logistics partners performance through the development of KPIs and quarterly reviews.
· Day-to-day management and development of the team (several part-time workers, several suppliers).
Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Act as a resource for peers and team
Understand and utilize container-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team

Ideal set of skills
· You are pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or other business-related field
· Accuracy and responsibility are key success to this position
· Have strong analytical thinking and skills
· Fluent in Germany and Chinese (English can be an advantage)
