Continental is now looking for Chinese speaking graduates for the Global IT Graduate Program in Germany. The 24 months long Program will provide you the unique opportunity to kick-start your IT career in a multinational company with tailor-made trainings. The program starts in September 2014. You home location is the headquarters of Continental Corporation in Hannover (Germany) and you are employed with an unlimited contract. During the trainee period you will work with challenging assignments both in Germany and overseas and in both IT functions and cross-divisions. After the two years Program, you will become a commercial-minded IT professional with strong skills in project management, service management, requirements analysis, demand management and customer alignment.
As a member of the graduate program, you will be part of a multicultural and high-performing team. You will work on state-of-the-art IT projects and deal with current business issues on an international level.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• You have a Master’s degree in IT or Economics/Engineering/Natural Science with a major in IT. Exceptional Bachelor’s graduates with practical work experience in a multicultural environment and IT are also welcome to apply.
• You have international experience from studying abroad.
• You have excellent Chinese and strong English language skills. (German language knowledge is welcome.)
• You feel comfortable in an international working environment and can offer a high degree of mobility and flexibility in travelling and working abroad.
• You are open-minded, result-oriented, capable to solve complex tasks, and a responsible team player with excellent communication skills.
