职位职能:  客服专员/助理(非技术)  
职位描述:  法语客服French Customer Support

【岗位职责】
1.能用法语与客户交流，完成公司安排的任务；
2.与客户建立良好关系，推广公司产品和服务计划；
3.良好的客户服务意识，耐心细致，有责任心，能适应工作时间上的调配；
4.协助相关同事进行网游类业务的市场策划。

【职位要求】
1、专科以上学历；
2、法语专业4级或以上，能够熟练掌握法语的听、说、写；
3、掌握一定的语言表达技巧，具有良好的语言沟通能力；
4、能够承受较大工作压力，具有吃苦耐劳的精神；
5、具有团队合作精神，积极有效的配合上级工作；
6、熟练掌握计算机操作；
7、熟悉电子商务和网络游戏者优先。

1、月薪3500-5000（奖金按法语组个人能力考评系统评定）；
2、8小时翻班制，日班做3休1，夜班做3休2；
