The general duties of the employee include following tasks:
* Development, displaying and coordination of planning concepts and projects for different departments, including their realization, as well as the active steering of the determined measures;
* Evaluation, interpretation and implementation of new technologies, external and internal regulations (e.g. quality and humanization goals) and If applicable, coordination of employees in technical matters.
* Additionally, you are responsible for the composition of schedules, flow-charts and process FMEAs.
* You will also take part in CIP processes. Your work includes the documentation and presentation of the achieved results.
The specific duties of the employee include following tasks:
* Operative construction planning in relation to capacity optimization, process safety assurance and most effective technical equipment, including:
* Drafting of construction plans
* Oversee the construction in the field
* Development, approval and realization of investment plans
* Analyse, rate and if required amend processes relevant for construction (Organization of assembly platforms)
* Specification and purchasing of needed materials
* Ergonomic design of the working stations
* Support the departments in the process of constructing stable and efficient procedures
* Minimize throughput time
* Implement customer-orientation
* Support the production team in the preproduction phase through the allocation of the right materials at the right time, according to specific requirements, e.g. Kanban
* Professional leadership and mentoring of students and graduate students
* Support measures of site optimization
* Conduct internal and external benchmarking research
* Material supply:
* Ergonomic design of working stations in the departments assembly and mechanical manufacturing
* Assure material is transported without demage to and away from the specific assembly stations
* Reduce and eliminate processes, which are not adding value
* Optimize existing working stations (Cycle time, efficiency, low failure rates)
Special assignments include but are not limited to:
* Take over special assignments
* Cooperation with universities
