[发布招聘] [兼职全职跑腿招聘] Solution Design / Bid Project specialist• Direct contact to current and potential clients to discuss requirements and tailor individual solutions • Collaborate with Account Management and Business Developers when creating and presenting proposals and responses to RfQs and informal proposal requests • Build a Bid Project Plan and assign tasks and input requests to internal stakeholders; track progress and follow-up with stakeholders on missing input • Validate and discuss input from stakeholders based on logical checks and experiences. Take ownership for Solution Creation and Documentation in Word, PowerPoint or web-based collaboration platforms • Build Business Cases and Bid Simulation Models in Excel; calculate and negotiate pricing • Ensure alignment and approval of the solution and business case across all stakeholders (incl. senior management) • Continuously refine the scope of the proposal in the discussion with the client • Drive contract negotiations • Handover successful bids to Operations after contract signature and support operational ramp-up • Occasionally take responsibility implementing and running day-to-day operations of new client-projects • Design generic solutions for future offerings in co-operation with the Product Management team Your qualifications: • At least 1 year of work experience in project management, management consulting, forward or reverse logistics business, supply chain management or electronics industry; customer care experience is beneficial but not mandatory • Fluent in English and Chinese verbal and writing, any additional language is a plus • Strong multiculture background with international experiences • Strong analytical skills with a proven passion for detail • Stamina to deliver results with a strong bias for action • Open and positive attitude towards working within a multicultural team across the globe; trust-building competence with a focus on expectation management • Identifies the communications needs of each stakeholder group in conjunction with business owners and subject matter experts. • Good knowledge and experience in Business Plan creation, Process Analysis and Documentation with Word, PowerPoint and Visio • Excel-savvy with experience in business modelling and simulation; Access skills are desirable, but not mandatory What we offer: • A versatile, international area of responsibility with which you are at the pulse of the company and taking a pivotal role influencing crucial decisions • A real multi-cultural company with DNA of German quality • Working location:Shenzhen (at the beginning a introduction/training phase in our global Headquarter Munich of 8 weeks) • A career path within the Sales & Solution Design team or other parts of the global B2X organization • The opportunity to manage the need for your (international) travel self-controlled, within limited bandwidths • Colleagues beaing real experts from industry and consulting environment which are more than happy to welcome you B2X is passionate to achieve the ideal trade-off between service innovation and operational excellence for its customers, creating sustainable value through growing consumer loyalty and reducing service costs.
