Operation Assistant
Main Responsibility:
1.Assist the manager in sourcing and interviewing candidates and processing recrutiment.
2.Support team building, training events, and internal & external meeting (organization, agenda reviewing, recording meeting minutes, tracking the remaining issues).
3.Prepare internal data management report, documents, spreadsheet, and presentation material as assigned.
4.Managing manager's calendar and appointment schedules.
5.Other Ad Hoc works (NEO support, OT/Shift calculation, attendance management, HRBP admin support, etc.).
6.Other tasks assigned by the direct superior.
Requirement:
1.College degree (or above)
2.Minimum 1 year of working experience (experience of human resource assistant or operation assistant in mobile industry is a plus)
3.Fluency of writing, reading and speaking in English
4.Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills
5.High proficiency in MS Office software
6.Pleasant personality ( outgoing, hardworking, dependable, customer service oriented, etc.,)
7.Good team player
