Job description1. responsible for investigation and research of the development of forging field at home and abroad, write proposal report for company with products suitable to develop;
2. responsible for study of advanced forging technology at home and abroad, introduce and absorb, carry out technical innovation, reduce costs;
3. lead or guide product development;
4. guide the design and development of forging die;
5. participate in product development, process planning, technical transformation, process review of new products, etc.
6. responsible for technical support of major technical problems on site;
7. ability to train and guide internal engineers.
Job requirement 1.male, bachelor degree or above, material, forming direction, academic qualification is not required for experienced retired experts; 2.1) 5 to 10 years of experience in forging technology, preferably in forging, automation or automotive field; 2) retired industry expert; 3. have extensive experience from design to production; 4. skilled in hot forging, warm forging and cold forging technology and hot-warm-cold combined forging technology, familiar with Aluminum Alloy and stainless steel forging process preferred; 5. familiar with all kinds of forging equipment and mold processing equipment; 6. familiar with the quality management system ISO/TS16949 of automotive industry; 7. skilled use of Deform and other related forging simulation software, UG and CAD software (retired experts not required)
