职位描述: 1. responsible for investigation and research of the development of forging field at home and abroad, write proposal report for company with products suitable to develop;
2. responsible for study of advanced forging technology at home and abroad, introduce and absorb, carry out technical innovation, reduce costs;
3. lead or guide product development;
4. guide the design and development of forging die;
5. participate in product development, process planning, technical transformation, process review of new products, etc.
6. responsible for technical support of major technical problems on site;
7. ability to train and guide internal engineers.
